The aim of quality monitoring at Victory Czech, s.r.o. is to deliver parts and components to the customer's production line without the need for additional inspection.

• planning of quality control checks with regard to customer requirements, along with complexity of the product and its function

• management of checks in the form of workflows that are part of systematic company training
• checks at all stages of production, i.e. input, process and output checks
• management of control equipment according to internal metrology regulations
• implementation of quality standards according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001

In July 2004 Victory Czech, s.r.o. was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate by Moody's International. In July 2007 the company was re-certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and in July 2010 according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. In December 2011, the company obtained ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification for the production of parts by pressing.
