Production of metal parts
We use modern CNC technology that allows us to process sheet metal 3000 × 1500 mm (steel, stainless steel), sheet thickness 15 mm and coils up to 400 mm wide, sheet thickness 3 mm with a high level of repeated accuracy.
We use 3D CAD for the preparation of technical specifications and drawing documentation. Taking into account the complexity of the product, we realize orders within 2 months for parts produced on laser - press brake and within 4 months for parts from eccentric presses.

Tumbling
Pressing or machining usually results in unwanted sharp edges, burrs, surface irregularities or contamination of the product. Removal of these imperfections can be carried out by tumbling, which also degreases the parts.

- the maximum weight of the batch including the tumbling bodies is 90 kg
- free-flowing volume of parts per batch approx. 7 l

- the technology works gently with the parts to be tumbled, so that they are not deformed
