Victory’s story began in 1991, when Pavel Vimr, in response to the promise of unlimited opportunities, started his first project as a self employed person -  "mountaineering work" and gained his first experience of the business environment, which was then in its infancy in the country. This was followed by the establishment of the first Victory company in 1993 and larger service contracts related to the employment of more people.

Victory Czech s.r.o. was established in 1998, initially as a sheltered workshop, which was mainly focused on assembly and in 1999 started first repairing and then manufacturing metal pallets and low loaders. Mastering small batch production gave the courage for larger series production and the use of different technology. Two eccentric presses were purchased and production of parts from sheet metal was started. The orders kept coming, and so did the larger eccentric presses, and in 2004 Victory entered the prestigious world of automotive suppliers with the dream of "having at least one component in every car produced in Europe".  Although this dream never quite came to fruition, the efforts made to fulfil it have significantly influenced the level and quality of products and processes.

In 2014, the company moved to Újezdeček near Teplice, and the new production area of 2000m2 allowed for investment in lasers, CNC bending presses and resistance presses, which opened the way to new possibilities of sheet metal processing, a significant increase in capacity and in particular to new customers.

The transformation into a modern manufacturing company continued with ISO 9001, ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 certification and the introduction of standard procedures for process management.
